Welcome to SB Team ("SB Team," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the SB Team mobile application, website, programs, challenges, and related digital services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or participating in any SB Team program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, please discontinue use of the Service.

SB Team is not liable for any unauthorized access due to failure to secure your credentials.

3. Fitness, Nutrition & Detox Content
SB Team offers digital workout programs, follow-along sessions, detox protocols, nutrition guidance, educational materials, and lifestyle recommendations.
You acknowledge that:

SB Team does not provide medical, dietary, or professional healthcare advice.
Detox protocols, nutrition guides, and exercise programs may not be appropriate for every individual.
You must consult a physician before beginning any fitness or nutrition program, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or experiencing medical conditions.
You agree that you use all Service content at your own risk and release SB Team from liability for any injuries, health reactions, or outcomes resulting from following any program.

4. Payment, Billing & Subscription Terms
SB Team offers the following subscription tiers:
Monthly Subscription
6-Month Subscription
Yearly Subscription
7-Day Free Trial (for new users)
14-Day Free Trial (for existing customers)
All subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
4.1 Charges
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize SB Team to charge your selected payment method for:
Subscription fees
Applicable taxes
Any additional paid add-ons (ex: Custom Meal Plans, One-on-One Coaching)
4.2 Custom Meal Plan Upsell
The optional Custom Meal Plan is:
A one-time purchase
Delivered digitally
Non-refundable, regardless of challenge results
4.3 Challenge Deposit
The SB Team 21-Day Reset Challenge may require a refundable deposit.
Refund eligibility is based on:
Before/after photo submission
Scale or body fat documentation
Completion of required check-ins
Achievement of challenge goals
Failure to meet criteria results in a forfeited deposit.
Deposit refunds apply only to the challenge, not meal plans or other products.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Subscription Refunds
SB Team subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial periods already billed.
Users may cancel at any time, but access will remain until the end of the billing cycle.
5.2 Challenge Deposit Refunds
Challenge deposits are refundable only if all challenge requirements are completed and validated. Determination of refund eligibility is at the sole discretion of SB Team.
5.3 Digital Product Refunds
All digital products—such as custom meal plans, detox guides, or downloadable resources—are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property
All content provided through SB Team—including workouts, videos, images, text, branding, logos, PDFs, recipes, detox guides, and program materials—is owned by SB Team or its licensors.
You may not:

Reproduce
Distribute
Sell
Share account access
Create derivative works
without written permission from SB Team.
Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the Service.

You agree not to:

Attempt to bypass security or access systems
Interfere with server operations
Harass or harm other members
SB Team may suspend or terminate accounts that violate behavioral guidelines.

Disruptive behavior within the community
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms automatically cease.
